Nature has guided our decisions on which grape varieties would be best suited to which site. Ripe nectarine, white peach and stone fruit notes on the nose, with round and juicy fresh citrus notes. Pairs well with fish and shellfish, or on its own.
We barrel-fermented this Sauvignon Blanc for added texture and complexity. Tropical citrus, and gentle oak notes greet the nose, then balanced by a creamy mouthfeel and a bright, fresh, citrusy finish.
Deliciously mineral aromas of lime, lemon zest and stone fruit, which are echoed on the palate. Fresh, crisp acidity is perfectly balanced with natural residual sugar.
