We barrel-fermented this Sauvignon Blanc for added texture and complexity. Tropical citrus, and gentle oak notes greet the nose, then balanced by a creamy mouthfeel and a bright, fresh, citrusy finish.

Aromas of dark cherry, ripe blackberry, and pomegranate are complemented with black currant, dark plum, cocoa, and layers of complexity that linger long after your glass is empty. The nose offers complex aromas of pineapple, orange, apricot, citrus and floral notes. Tropical flavours continue through the lush and round palate, balanced by a kiss of sweet coconut from oak barrels, leading to a long finish.
